Bubble bloomers were in style in the 80's and I recently had a request to make such a pattern. The back and front does not have a seam so the bum offers plenty of space for embroidery or appliques. The fit is very roomy and literally looks like a bubble when worn!
This pattern requires sewing with elastic thread and a serger/overlock machine.
